Luminous Elite Sports Program is designed to provide athletes with elite level training that will effectively enhance growth and development, cognitively, physically, and physiologically.

 

Our programs are designed to target specific needs and areas of focus, to provide our athletes with the best preparation to meet performance. The study of Kinesiology allows our athletes of all ages, the opportunity to learn, visualize the importance of, and understand how to take care of their bodies.

 

In addition, our philosophy, our focus on quality not quantity, paying attention to detail and the study of the game, all tie into the growth and development of our athletes. We focus on core fundamentals to build, develop and produce better athletes.
