Programs offered by Luminous Elite are designed to strengthen the youth in various recreational activities that provide both physical skills and life tools essential in child development.
We tailor our programs to meet the vast needs youth in underprivileged communities require by addressing and mentoring them on how to deal with life challenges through sports an education.
We fully believe in developing our kids to their fullest potential, and part of that requires having staff and volunteers who are passionate about our motto "We The People," driven by the famous African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child." We truly believe that it takes a community to raise a child, and part of our goal is making sure each and every child understands their importance and knows that they matter.

Luminous Elite after-school program provides kids from the 3rd grade to 9th grade a safe haven to learn by pairing them with tutors. We also provide extra curricular activities for kids.
Our staff and volunteer provide around the clock support for the youth. We encourage our staff and volunteers to communicate with kids outside of our program.

Providing the youth options beyond sports is one of our biggest missions. Career workshops are provided to broaden our kids' knowledge and to help nuture a passion.
Luminous Elite is committed to providing resources that help benefit youth in dealing with adversities by countering them with positive reinforcements.
Getting the youth into college is one of our primary goals. Education is an excellent tool in combating poverty. Preparing our kids by advancing their education is important to us.
MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT
PROFESSIONAL AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Understanding how to network, how to be a leader, and how to be professional, is instrumental. We will have seminars where professional leaders come and speak to the kids.
There's a negative correlation between mental illness and poverty. That's why our staff will do their best to educate youth on mental illness and provide methods for dealing with it.
Our team will monitor and observe student academic development throughout the school year. Our goal is to track and help kids improve on their education venture.
ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Luminous Elite uses sports as a tool to not only develop skills but as an application to many other areas such as leadership, teamwork, and sacrifice.
